30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid passports, visas, and travel insurance.
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Thailand Embassy/Immigration Department.

4. Flights & Transfers

Flight fares are subject to availability and dynamic pricing. Any increase in airfare after booking must be borne by the traveler.
Airport transfers are arranged as per the package inclusions. Any delay or missed transfer due to flight changes will be at the traveler’s own expense.

5. Hotels & Accommodation

Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
The agency reserves the right to substitute hotels of a similar category if required.
Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policy, and early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.

6. Meals & Sightseeing

Missed tours or meals due to delays or personal reasons are non-refundable.
