1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability of accommodation, Volvo seats, and transportation at the time of confirmation.

2. Advance Payment: The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the required advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.

3. Hotel Check-in and Check-out: Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

4. Room Allocation: Accommodation will be provided on a double-sharing basis. Any additional occupancy, room upgrades, or special room requests will be subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Volvo Transfers: Volvo tickets will be arranged for the Delhi–Manali and Manali–Delhi routes. Bus timings, boarding points, and seating arrangements are subject to the operator's policies and availability.

6. Transportation: The sightseeing vehicle will be provided according to the package inclusions and group size. Vehicle usage is limited to the sightseeing and transfers mentioned in the itinerary.

7. Weather and Road Conditions: Manali and its surrounding destinations are subject to changing weather and road conditions. In case of snowfall, landslides, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary may be modified for the safety and convenience of travellers.

8. Additional Transportation: Any requirement for a 4×4 vehicle, additional transfers, or transportation beyond the specified itinerary will be chargeable separately.

15. Unforeseen Circumstances: Travel Junky shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural calamities, road closures, or transport operator disruptions.
