• Passport issues: Any penalties due to an invalid passport/visa will be borne by the traveler.

• Hotel availability: hotels are subject to availability; a similar or upgraded option may be provided if required.

• Check-in/out: early check-in or late check-out depends on hotel policy and is not guaranteed.
