Exclusions
- Any Airfare, Train fare, or Overland Journey that is not mentioned in the Itinerary.
- Any Medical/rescue evacuation due to mishaps.
- Any personal nature items like Laundry, bar bills, table bills, camera fees, tips, or any other items.
- Vehicle not at disposal on any of the islands.
- Any extra excursion or sightseeing different from the itinerary.
- Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks, and/or any factors beyond control
Key Info
- Climate & Clothing- Climate in the Andaman is Tropical and humid all year. Thus, Light cottons, breathable clothing, swimsuits, and flip-flops are your best friends. Carry a sunhat, sunscreen, and a light jacket for boat rides or windy evenings.
- Connectivity- Port Blair has decent mobile and Wi-Fi coverage. However, most other islands—especially Havelock and Neil—have limited network. Consider it the perfect excuse for a digital detox.
- Food & Water- Fresh seafood is a highlight, along with South Indian and Bengali cuisine. Stick to bottled water and eat at popular cafes or hotel restaurants to avoid any food-related issues.
- Cultural Etiquette-Andaman is peaceful and culturally diverse. Dress modestly when not on the beach and avoid public intoxication. Respect the local tribal communities—do not try to interact with or photograph them.
- Health Precautions- Carry motion sickness pills for ferry rides, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent. Basic medical facilities are available in Port Blair, but remote islands may not have immediate care.
- Local Laws- Photography is prohibited near defense installations and tribal reserves. Alcohol is available in Port Blair and Havelock, but public drinking is not allowed. Avoid littering beaches and marine areas.
- Eco-Responsibility- These islands are ecologically sensitive. Avoid single-use plastics, don’t touch coral or marine life, and always carry back your waste. Respect the marine ecosystem—take only memories, leave only footprints.
Terms and Conditions
- Travel Junky and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned substances during the tours and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.
- Weapon, fireworks, and toxic substances are not allowed at this tour. Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under Indian law.
- The organizers reserve the right to evict any camper anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any TJ rules.
- Travel Junky is not responsible for your whereabouts or safety if you are outside the camping premises.
- Any loss of camping materials, such as tents, pillows, mattresses, or any property belonging to the campsite, will be subject to full payment of the product MRP.
- Travel Junky won’t be responsible for any loss or damage to goods belonging to the travelers.
- Travel Junky won’t be responsible if you get ill while travelling.
- All guests must carry a valid government-issued ID.
- Only campers staying with Travel Junky will be allowed in the campsite, and if you intend to bring guests from outside, you’ll have to pre-notify us.
- Slots at the campsite will be confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
- Management accepts no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any personal property during the tour.
- In case of any breakdown of the transport on the way, you would have to wait until the transport is repaired. No backup transport would be provided.
- Please cooperate with us in keeping the environment clean and safe.
- Registrations/tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, canceled, or refunded.
- Enjoy the trip, respect others, and have a memorable experience.
- In case of any breakdown of the transport on the way, you would have to wait until the transport is repaired. No backup transport would be provided.
- The company will not be held responsible for any delay due to Traffic, natural calamities, or breakdown of transport.
- There may be a change in plan due to snowfall or any other natural calamities.
- Bonfire and Musical nights depend on the rules of the local authority or the camp/hotel rules.
- Seats on the Bus / Traveler depend on a first-come basis.
- Trekking and adventure activities depend on the weather.
