- 2 nights accommodation in Gabala
- Daily breakfast at the hotel
- All transfers and tours by sedan or minivan

- Entrance fees included: Fire Temple, Fire Mountain, cable car (2 lines), Gobustan, and Mud Volcano
Exclusions
- Domestic or international flights.
- Personal expenses such as tipping, laundry, phone/fax calls, alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, camera/video fees at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax, or insurance.
- Meals not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Entrance fees are not included in the itinerary.
- Any insurance.
- City tax, tourism fees, resort fees, or any hotel charges paid directly.
- Visa costs.
- 5 percent [TCS 5% is applicable on the above cost till 31st March. From 1st April onwards, TCS is proposed to be reduced to 2% as per government guidelines. The TCS amount can be claimed later while filing the Income Tax Return.
- RT PCR test cost, if required
- Any services not listed in the inclusions.

- The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
- An Azerbaijan e-visa is mandatory for Indian passport holders.
- Standard hotel check-in: 14:00–15:00 hrs | Check-out: 11:00–12:00 hrs (subject to hotel policy).
- Early check-in & late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Tour sequence may change due to weather, traffic, flight schedules, or operational reasons.
- Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- City/tourism taxes, if applicable, are payable directly at the hotel.
- Comfortable walking shoes and warm clothing are recommended, especially for Shahdag.
- Adventure and ski activities are weather-dependent and subject to resort conditions.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travellers.
- Carry local currency or international cards for personal expenses.

- Cancellation and refund charges shall apply as per the company’s cancellation policy and respective airline, hotel, and visa supplier rules. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 14–21 working days.
