- Azerbaijan visa charges
- TCS (Tax Collected at Source) as per Government of India regulations:
- Till 31 March 2026: 5% (up to ₹10 lakh) and 20% (above ₹10 lakh) on overseas tour packages
- From 01 April 2026 onwards: Flat 2% TCS with no minimum threshold (as per Union Budget 2026)
- Travel insurance
- Lunches, dinners & meals not mentioned in inclusions
- Personal expenses (laundry, tips, minibar, phone calls, shopping, beverages, etc.)
- Optional activities, ski & adventure sports
- Camera/video charges at monuments, if applicable
- Early check-in & late check-out (subject to hotel policy)
- City tax/tourism tax/resort fees (payable directly at hotel)
- Any increase in government taxes, fuel surcharges, or local levies
- Expenses due to delays, cancellations, weather, medical emergencies, or unforeseen events
- Any services not mentioned in the inclusions
Key Info
- The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
- An Azerbaijan e-visa is mandatory for Indian passport holders.
- Standard hotel check-in: 14:00–15:00 hrs | Check-out: 11:00–12:00 hrs (subject to hotel policy).
- Early check-in & late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Tour sequence may change due to weather, traffic, flight schedules, or operational reasons.
- Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
City/tourism taxes, if applicable, are payable directly at the hotel. - Comfortable walking shoes and warm clothing are recommended, especially for Shahdag.
- Adventure and ski activities are weather-dependent and subject to resort conditions.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all international travellers.
- Carry local currency or international cards for personal expenses.
Terms and Conditions
- TCS of 5% is applicable on the above cost till 31st March. From 1st April onwards, TCS is proposed to be reduced to 2% as per government guidelines. The TCS amount can be claimed later while filing the Income Tax Return.

- Prices and travel dates are subject to change without prior notice.

- The child's age will be considered as per the hotel’s child policy. Please confirm details with the sales team before booking.
- Cancellation and refund charges shall apply as per the company’s cancellation policy and respective airline, hotel, and visa supplier rules. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 14–21 working days.
