- Booking and Payments: 50% advance required to confirm the booking; full payment at least 15 days prior to departure; bookings are subject to availability.
- Cancellation by Traveler: 30+ days: 75% refund, 15–29 days: 50% refund, less than 15 days: no refund.
- Cancellation by Travel Junky: Full refund in case of unforeseen events, natural disasters, government restrictions, or low bookings.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 15–20 business days after cancellation.
- Taxes and Fees: All government taxes, service taxes, and GST are included unless mentioned; airport taxes, visa fees, or surcharges are the traveler’s responsibility if not included.
- Visa and Travel Documents: Travelers must have a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity; visa requirements must be fulfilled prior to travel; Travel Junky is not responsible for denied entry.
- Flights and Transfers: Domestic/international flights not included unless specified; airport transfers and local transport included; Travel Junky not liable for delays or additional flight costs.
- Accommodation: Hotels provided as per itinerary and availability; upgrades or special requests are extra; standard check-in 2 PM, check-out 12 PM unless specified.
- Meals: Meal plans as per itinerary; additional meals or beverages outside the plan are the traveler’s responsibility.
