- Sightseeing is conducted as per the itinerary. The order of visits may change depending on traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, or operational requirements.
- Comfortable walking shoes, light cotton clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are recommended for sightseeing. Carry a light jacket for Nuwara Eliya, where temperatures are considerably cooler.
- When visiting religious sites such as the Temple of the Tooth Relic and Seetha Amman Temple, visitors are expected to wear modest clothing that covers the shoulders and knees. Footwear must be removed before entering temple premises.
- Water sports in Bentota and optional activities such as the Cultural Dance Show are subject to weather conditions, operational availability, and additional charges.
- Entry tickets to attractions, monuments, national parks, boat rides, and optional experiences are not included unless specifically mentioned under inclusions.
- Photography may be restricted at certain religious and cultural sites. Camera and video permit charges, wherever applicable, must be paid directly.

- Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, accommodation of a similar category and standard will be arranged.
- Any increase in government taxes, VAT, entrance fees, fuel surcharges, or other statutory charges introduced after booking will be borne by the traveller.
- Unused services, meals, sightseeing, transfers, or accommodation included in the package are non-refundable.
- Requests for early check-in, late check-out, adjoining rooms, or specific room preferences are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Optional activities, water sports, entrance fees, camera charges, personal expenses, porterage, tips, airfare, visa charges, and any items not specifically listed under "Inclusions" are payable directly by the traveller.
