- Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply as per hotel policy. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests are required to carry valid passports with a minimum validity of 06 months from the date of travel.
- Hong Kong Pre-Arrival Registration (PAR) approval is mandatory for eligible Indian passport holders. Approval is subject to immigration authorities.
- Any increase in government taxes, visa fees, fuel surcharge, hotel surcharge, or entrance ticket rates after booking confirmation will be payable additionally.
- Sightseeing tours and transfers operate as per the itinerary and are subject to local weather conditions, operational schedules, and ferry/bus timings.
- Unused services, meals, sightseeing tours, or transfers are non-refundable.
- Hotels may request a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in, payable directly by the guest.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers.
- The company shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation, loss, injury, accident, natural calamity, political disturbance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
- Any personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, beverages, mini bar usage, porterage, and room service will be borne by the guest.
- Ferry/Bus schedules between Hong Kong and Macau are subject to operational changes without prior notice.
- Guests must report at the designated pickup point on time for all sightseeing tours and transfers. Missed tours due to delays from the guest’s side will not be refunded.
- Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of advance payment as per company policy.
