• Shopping: Dubai is tax-free. Popular markets include Gold Souk, Spice Souk, and Dubai Mall. Bargaining is common in traditional markets.
• Connectivity: Local SIM cards are cheap and widely available. Free Wi-Fi is common in hotels and malls.
• Cultural Etiquette: Respect Islamic customs, avoid public intoxication, dress modestly in public spaces, and ask permission before taking photos of locals.

• Package Cost & Payment:
  • All package costs are quoted per person in INR unless stated otherwise.
  • An advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid as per the invoice before the travel date.
  • Package cost may change due to peak seasons, currency fluctuations, fuel price variations, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Visa & Travel Documents:
  • Travellers must carry a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months' validity from the date of travel.
  • UAE visa processing is mandatory, and the traveller is responsible for providing accurate documents. Travel Junky is not liable for visa rejections or delays.
• Taxes & Government Charges:
  • All applicable taxes and government charges are included unless mentioned otherwise.
  • Any increase in taxes or government fees after booking may be charged to the traveller.
• Cancellations & Refunds:
  • Cancellation charges apply based on the number of days prior to departure:
  • 30 days or more: XX% cancellation fee
  • 15–29 days: XX% cancellation feeLess
  • than 15 days: XX% cancellation fee
  • No refund is provided for unused services or early departures from the itinerary.
• Flight & Travel Conditions:
  • Air tickets are subject to airline rules and regulations. Any changes or
  • cancellations to flights may incur additional charges.
  • Travel Junky is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections.
• Accommodation:
  • Hotel check-in is generally after 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to hotel approval and may incur extra charges.
• Health & Safety:
  • Travellers must ensure they are medically fit to travel.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain packages.
  • Travel Junky is not responsible for illness, accidents, or medical emergencies during the trip.
• Behaviour & Responsibility:
  • Travellers must comply with all local laws, customs, and regulations in Dubai and the UAE.
  • Travel Junky reserves the right to refuse service to travellers who violate rules or behave inappropriately.
• Force Majeure:
  • Travel Junky is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or acts of God.
• Luggage & Personal Belongings:
  • Travellers are responsible for their own luggage and valuables.
  • Travel Junky is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the trip.
• Photography & Media:
  • Travel Junky may take photos or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. Travellers who do not wish to be featured must inform the company in writing.
• Agreement & Jurisdiction:
  • Booking the package implies acceptance of all terms and conditions mentioned.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the area where Travel Junky operates.
