Standard hotel check-in is 14:00–15:00 hrs, and check-out is 10:00–11:00 hrs. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability or requires pre-booking.

Room requests (interconnecting/adjacent/smoking/non-smoking/bed type/floor preference) are noted but not guaranteed; allocation is at the hotel's discretion.

Clients must reach the tour pickup point 10–15 minutes before the allotted time. Tours run strictly as per the final itinerary.

The booking amount is non-refundable. No refunds for unused services.

Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the embassy/consulate. We assist with documentation only. Cancellation charges apply even if the visa is rejected.
