1. Visa Requirements:

Indian travelers can enjoy visa-free entry to Thailand, for stays of up to 30 days. Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry.

2. Currency:

The official currency is the Thai Baht (THB). It’s best to carry some cash for local markets, but credit and debit cards are widely accepted in most hotels, restaurants, and malls.

3. Best Time to Visit:

The ideal time to visit Thailand is from November to April, when the weather is pleasant and perfect for island-hopping, sightseeing, and outdoor activities.

4. Language:

Thai is the official language, but English is commonly spoken in tourist areas, hotels, and restaurants.

5. Local Transport:

You can easily get around using tuk-tuks, taxis, or local buses. For inter-island travel, speedboats and ferries are convenient options. Always agree on fares before starting your ride.

6. Dress Code:

While beachwear is fine at resorts and islands, modest clothing is recommended when visiting temples or religious sites. Always remove your shoes before entering temples.

7. Safety & Etiquette:

Thailand is generally safe, but keep an eye on your belongings in crowded places. Avoid public displays of affection near religious areas and always show respect to monks and elders.

Thailand follows Indochina Time (ICT), which is 1 hour and 30 minutes ahead of India (IST +1.5 hrs).

Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payments

  • A minimum booking amount is required to confirm your package.
  • The remaining balance must be paid as per the payment schedule shared during booking.
  • Bookings are considered confirmed only after full payment is received.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost will be charged.
  • No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations.

3. Travel Documents & Visa

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid passports, visas, and travel insurance.
  • Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Thailand Embassy/Immigration Department.
  • The agency will provide visa assistance, but it cannot guarantee approval or influence the decision process.

4. Flights & Transfers

  • Flight fares are subject to availability and dynamic pricing. Any increase in airfare after booking must be borne by the traveler.
  • Airport transfers are arranged as per the package inclusions. Any delay or missed transfer due to flight changes will be at the traveler’s own expense.

5. Hotels & Accommodation

  • Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • The agency reserves the right to substitute hotels of a similar category if required.
  • Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policy, and early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.

6. Meals & Sightseeing

  • Meals and sightseeing are strictly as per the itinerary mentioned in the package.
  • Missed tours or meals due to delays or personal reasons are non-refundable.

7. Changes or Modifications

  • Any changes to travel dates, itinerary, or hotel preferences after confirmation may attract amendment charges.
  • The agency will not be responsible for changes due to weather conditions, political unrest, or natural calamities.

8. Responsibility & Liability

  • The agency acts only as a booking intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).
  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party suppliers, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.
  • Travelers are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance for added protection.

9. Health & Safety

  • Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to travel.
  • Any health-related issues or medication requirements must be managed by the traveler.

10. Governing Law

  • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.

11. Pricing & Seasonal Policy

  • The costing of this itinerary is subject to change based on peak season demand, price fluctuations, taxes, and availability.
