- Flight fares are subject to availability and dynamic pricing. Any increase in airfare after booking must be borne by the traveler.
- Airport transfers are arranged as per the package inclusions. Any delay or missed transfer due to flight changes will be at the traveler’s own expense.
5. Hotels & Accommodation
- Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- The agency reserves the right to substitute hotels of a similar category if required.
- Check-in and check-out times are as per hotel policy, and early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.
6. Meals & Sightseeing
- Meals and sightseeing are strictly as per the itinerary mentioned in the package.
- Missed tours or meals due to delays or personal reasons are non-refundable.
7. Changes or Modifications
- Any changes to travel dates, itinerary, or hotel preferences after confirmation may attract amendment charges.
- The agency will not be responsible for changes due to weather conditions, political unrest, or natural calamities.
