- Weapons, fireworks, and toxic materials are strictly forbidden on this tour. The management will not be liable for any individual found guilty or facing legal action under Indian law.
- The organizers reserve the right to evict any camper at any time, without refund, if their actions are found to violate camp rules.
- Travel Junky will not be responsible for your safety or whereabouts once you are outside the designated camping premises.
- Any loss or damage to camping materials, including tents, pillows, mattresses, or any property belonging to the campsite/hotel, will be charged at full MRP.
- Travel Junky will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the belongings of the travelers.
- All guests must carry a valid government-issued ID.
- Only campers booked with Travel Junky are allowed on the campsite/hotel premises. If you wish to bring guests from outside, prior notification is required.
- Campsite/hotel bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- Management is not responsible for any injuries or loss/theft of personal property during the tour.
- In case of transport breakdown en route, travelers must wait until repairs are completed; no backup transport will be provided.
- Please cooperate in keeping the environment clean and safe.
- Registrations or tickets, once booked, cannot be exchanged, canceled, or refunded.
- The costing of this itinerary is subject to change based on peak season demand, price fluctuations, taxes, and availability.
