• The trek to Serolsar Lake involves walking on mountain trails. Travellers should wear comfortable walking shoes and carry suitable clothing for changing weather conditions.
• Heavy snowfall or adverse road conditions may require a 4×4 vehicle. Any additional charges for this arrangement will be payable by the traveller.
• Room heater charges, monument entry fees, and adventure activities are not included in the package cost.

1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation of accommodation and transportation services.

2. Accommodation: The package includes 6 nights of accommodation for 6 adults in 3 cottage/homestay units on a double-sharing basis. Any changes to the room configuration or accommodation requirements may attract additional charges.

3. Transportation: Transportation will be provided by an Ertiga for the planned tour. The vehicle arrangement is subject to the agreed itinerary and applicable road conditions.

4. Meals: The package includes 6 breakfasts and 6 dinners. Any meals not specifically mentioned in the inclusions will be charged separately. Breakfast on Day 1 is excluded.

5. Additional Expenses: Expenses such as monument entry fees, room heaters, adventure activities, personal purchases, laundry, tips, and other services not listed under inclusions must be paid for by the traveller.

6. Weather and Road Conditions: Himachal Pradesh's mountainous routes may be affected by snowfall, rain, landslides, traffic, or road closures. Any resulting itinerary changes will be made with due consideration for traveller safety. Where applicable, the traveller will bear additional transportation costs, including 4×4 vehicle charges.

7. Itinerary Changes: The sequence of sightseeing or planned activities may change due to operational requirements, weather conditions, local restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be made where necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the tour.

8. Check-in and Check-out: Accommodation check-in and check-out will follow the respective property's policies. Early check-in, late check-out, or additional accommodation requirements may incur extra charges.

9. Personal Belongings and Insurance: Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip. Health and travel insurance are not included in the package, and travellers are advised to arrange suitable coverage before departure.

10. Adventure Activities: Activities such as skiing, paragliding, river rafting, and other adventure experiences are excluded unless specifically confirmed in writing. Any such activities undertaken independently will be at the traveller's discretion and expense.

11. Unforeseen Circumstances: Travel arrangements may be affected by circumstances beyond the service provider's control, including extreme weather, natural events, road restrictions, or government directives. Additional expenses arising from such circumstances will be payable by the traveller, where applicable.

12. Package Scope: Only the services explicitly listed under Package Inclusions are covered by the package price. Any additional services or expenses requested during the trip will be charged separately.
