Day Wise Itinerary
Inclusions
- All sightseeing covered by Innova / Xylo.
- Stay for 5 nights: 3 nights in a hotel at Leh, 1 night in camps at Nubra Valley, 1 night in a camp at Pangong, on triple/double sharing basis.
- 5 Breakfasts & 5 Dinners included.
- All Inner Line Permits for the trip.
- Driver night charges, toll tax, parking charges, etc., are included.
- An oxygen cylinder is available 24/7 in the vehicle in case of emergency.
Exclusions
- GST (5%) is applicable extra.
- Any kind of food or beverage that is not included in the package, like alcoholic drinks, mineral water, meals/refreshments/lunches on the highway.
- Any personal expenses, like a tip to the drivers, entry to monuments/monasteries, camera/video camera charges, camel safari, river rafting, laundry, telephone bills, tips, etc.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks, etc. (to be borne directly by the customer on the spot)
- Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.
- Any damage to the bike, except engine damage, must be borne by the client.
Terms and Conditions
- In case of any vehicle breakdown en route, guests will need to wait until repairs are completed. No backup transport will be provided.
- The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, natural calamities, or vehicle breakdowns.
- Plans may change due to snowfall or any other natural disruptions.
- Upgrades are subject to availability at the time of check-in.
- Bonfires and musical nights are subject to local authority permissions and camp/hotel policies.
- Bus/traveller seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Trekking activities are subject to weather conditions.
- INR 10,000/- needs to be submitted as security for the bike before the start of the trip. Any damage to the bike, except engine damage, has to be borne directly by the client.
- Travel Junky and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any narcotics and banned substances during the tours and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.
- Weapons, fireworks, and toxic substances are not allowed at this tour. Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under Indian law.
- The organizers reserve the right to evict any camper at any time without any refund if his/her actions violate any TJ rules.
- Travel Junky is not responsible for your whereabouts or safety if you are outside the camping premises.
- Any loss of the camping materials, such as tents, pillows, mattresses, or any property belonging to the campsite, will be subject to full payment of the product MRP.
- Travel Junky won’t be responsible for any loss or damage to goods belonging to the travelers.
- Travel Junky won’t be responsible if you get ill while travelling.
- All guests must carry a valid government-issued ID.
- Only campers staying with Travel Junky will be allowed in the campsite, and if you intend to bring guests from outside, you’ll have to pre-notify us.
- Slots at the campsite will be confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
- Management accepts no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any personal property during the tour.
- In case of any breakdown of the transport on the way, you would have to wait until the transport is repaired. No backup transport would be provided.
- Please cooperate with us in keeping the environment clean and safe.
- Registrations/tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, canceled, or refunded.
- Enjoy the trip, respect others, and have a memorable experience.
- The company will not be held responsible for any delay due to traffic, natural calamities, or breakdown of transport.
- There can be a change in plan due to snowfall or any other natural calamities.
- Bonfire and Musical nights depend on the rules of the local authority or the camp/hotel rules.
- Seats on the Bus / Traveler depend on a first-come basis.
- Trekking and adventure activities depend on the weather.
- Due to some valid reasons, the cost of this itinerary can change.
