Your Vietnam vacations for couples begin as you land at Hanoi International Airport, where our driver will be waiting to greet you and transfer you to the hotel. After check-in and some rest, you will head out to explore this charming capital city. Start with a visit to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s very first university, dating back to the 16th century, a beautiful spot filled with history and peaceful courtyards.

In the afternoon, enjoy a traditional Cyclo ride that takes you slowly through the bustling Old Quarter, where each street is known for selling a specific trade or craft. During your cruise in Vietnam, you will explore the fascinating Dau Go Cave, also known as the Grotto of Wooden Stakes, and the beautiful Thien Cung Cave, filled with colorful stalactites and stalagmites. This morning, you will fly to Ho Chi Minh City and set off on a full-day tour. Begin with a city tour covering the Reunification Palace, once the headquarters of the South Vietnamese government, and the Notre Dame Cathedral, a striking French-built church from the 19th century. Next, visit the Central Post Office, another French colonial gem, and the War Remnants Museum, which gives a powerful insight into the Vietnam War. 

In the afternoon, drive out to the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground network used by the Viet Cong. Here, you can crawl through narrow passages and see hidden bunkers that tell stories of resilience and survival. After an eventful day, return to your hotel.

Day 6 / MEKONG DELTA DAY TRIP

After breakfast, embark on a full-day trip to the Mekong Delta, often called the “rice bowl of Vietnam.” First, stop at the Vinh Trang Pagoda, a peaceful Buddhist temple surrounded by gardens. Then board a boat in My Tho and glide along the river, passing stilt houses and lush orchards. 

You’ll stop at Tortoise Islet for lunch, then continue by boat to An Khanh Village in Ben Tre, where you’ll enjoy tropical fruits, honey tea, and traditional Vietnamese folk music. A visit to a local coconut candy family workshop is also included, where you can see how this sweet treat is made. Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the evening.
