Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Policy

To confirm your booking, a minimum advance payment is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be cleared before the travel date.

• Advance payment amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Bookings are processed only after receiving the advance payment.
• The final confirmation is subject to hotel and flight availability.

2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made through authorized and approved payment modes only.

• Accepted methods: Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or Online Payment Link.
• Any service charges or transaction fees (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.
• Prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) unless mentioned otherwise.

3. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, written notice must be provided to the company. The cancellation charges will depend on the time of cancellation before departure.

• 30 days or more: Minimum service charge applies.
• 15–29 days: 50% of total tour cost will be charged.
• Less than 15 days or No Show: 100% of total tour cost will be charged.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting actual expenses.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be made through the same mode of payment used at the time of booking.

• Refund processing may take 7–15 working days after cancellation.
• No refund will be given for unused services, missed tours, or voluntary cancellations during the trip.

5. Travel Documents

Travelers must ensure that all travel documents are valid and complete before departure.

• Passports must have at least 6 months validity from the travel date.
• The agency is not responsible for the denial of boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.
• All travelers are advised to carry photocopies of passports, tickets, and IDs.

6. Itinerary and Services

The company reserves the right to modify or rearrange the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, operational issues, or local regulations.

• Replacement of similar hotels or attractions may occur if required.
• No compensation will be made for changes beyond our control.
• All inclusions are as mentioned in the final confirmed itinerary.

7. Health & Safety

Travelers must be medically fit to undertake the tour. Any health concerns should be shared prior to booking.

• The agency is not liable for medical emergencies during the trip.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

8. Responsibility & Liability

The agency acts only as a facilitator between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).

• We are not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or injury caused by third parties.
• Travelers must follow local laws and regulations during their stay.

9. TCS (Tax Collected at Source)

As per the Government of India regulations, TCS @ 5% is applicable on all international tour packages.

• This amount will be added over and above the total package cost.
• TCS certificates (Form 27D) will be provided as per statutory requirements.
