- Travel in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle throughout the tour.
- Sightseeing and excursions as outlined in the itinerary.
- All airport transfers and intercity transportation from arrival until departure.
- All applicable VAT (Value Added Tax).

- International or domestic airfare and visa fees.
- Any meal which is not mentioned in the inclusions
- Early check-in or late check-out at hotels.
- Camera and video recording permit fees, where applicable.
- Entrance fees to attractions and any optional activity charges.
- Compulsory Perahera festival supplements, if applicable.
- Personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, telephone calls, beverages, or other incidental costs.
- Tips, gratuities, and porterage services.

- A valid passport with the required Sri Lanka travel authorisation (ETA) is mandatory for all travellers. Please ensure your travel documents are valid before departure.
- Sightseeing is conducted as per the itinerary. The order of visits may change depending on traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, or operational requirements.
- Comfortable walking shoes, light cotton clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are recommended for sightseeing. Carry a light jacket for Nuwara Eliya, where temperatures are considerably cooler.
- When visiting religious sites such as the Temple of the Tooth Relic and Seetha Amman Temple, visitors are expected to wear modest clothing that covers the shoulders and knees. Footwear must be removed before entering temple premises.
- Water sports in Bentota and optional activities such as the Cultural Dance Show are subject to weather conditions, operational availability, and additional charges.
- Entry tickets to attractions, monuments, national parks, boat rides, and optional experiences are not included unless specifically mentioned under inclusions.
- Photography may be restricted at certain religious and cultural sites. Camera and video permit charges, wherever applicable, must be paid directly.
- Families travelling with young children are advised to carry any essential medicines, baby food, or personal items, as specific brands may not be readily available during sightseeing.
- Travel times between destinations may vary depending on road conditions, especially during weekends and public holidays.

- Confirmation of the package is subject to receipt of the required payment and availability of hotels, transportation, and other travel services.
- Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, accommodation of a similar category and standard will be arranged.
- Any increase in government taxes, VAT, entrance fees, fuel surcharges, or other statutory charges introduced after booking will be borne by the traveller.
- Unused services, meals, sightseeing, transfers, or accommodation included in the package are non-refundable.
- Requests for early check-in, late check-out, adjoining rooms, or specific room preferences are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Optional activities, water sports, entrance fees, camera charges, personal expenses, porterage, tips, airfare, visa charges, and any items not specifically listed under "Inclusions" are payable directly by the traveller.
- The company reserves the right to amend the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, operational requirements, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond its control without compromising the overall travel experience.
- Travellers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, travel authorisations, and any other documents required for entry into Sri Lanka.
- The company shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, loss of baggage, accidents, natural disasters, political disturbances, or any additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond its control.
