- Hotels in Jomsom and Marpha offer basic mountain accommodation due to the remote Himalayan location. Facilities may be limited compared to Kathmandu and Pokhara hotels.
- Guests visiting Muktinath are advised to carry warm clothing, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, and necessary medications due to high-altitude conditions.

- During sightseeing tours, vehicles will operate only up to the permitted parking or access points. Any additional transportation, pony rides, walking assistance, or personal arrangements beyond that point shall be managed and paid for by the guest directly.
- An extra bed means an additional mattress or rollaway bed, subject to hotel policy and room size.
- Porter charges, driver tips, guide tips, and personal gratuities are not included in the package price.
