- In case of unforeseen situations such as bad weather, landslides, road blockages, political disturbances, or natural calamities, the itinerary may be rescheduled accordingly. Any additional expenses arising due to such circumstances, including accommodation, meals, transportation, or extended stays, shall be borne by the guest directly.
- The company shall not be held responsible for temporary issues related to electricity, water supply, internet, or other hotel utilities. Such concerns will be addressed directly by the hotel management.
- Flight operations in Nepal are weather-dependent. The company will not be responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes caused by airlines or weather conditions.
- Any personal expenses not mentioned in the itinerary, including medical expenses, additional meals, optional activities, or extra hotel stays, will be payable directly by the guest.
- Any sightseeing or excursions not included in the confirmed itinerary will be charged additionally.
- All additional services, including food & beverages, laundry, room service, porterage, tips, and personal expenses, are payable directly by the guest.
- For odd-numbered groups, one guest may be accommodated using an extra mattress or rollaway bed as per hotel policy.
- Package rates are applicable for Indian Nationals only unless otherwise specified.
- Permits required for travel within Nepal will be processed as per Nepal Government regulations. Permit processing time may vary depending on local authorities and crowd conditions.
- Any unused meals, sightseeing, transfers, or services are strictly non-refundable.
- Hotels in Jomsom and Marpha offer basic mountain accommodation due to the remote Himalayan location. Facilities may be limited compared to Kathmandu and Pokhara hotels.
- Guests visiting Muktinath are advised to carry warm clothing, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, and necessary medications due to high-altitude conditions.
Terms and Conditions
- Supplement charges will apply for valley-facing rooms, upgraded room categories, or premium room preferences.
- Breakfast will commence from Day 2 of the itinerary unless otherwise specified.
- No refund shall be provided for any unutilized services, meals, transfers, sightseeing, or hotel stays.
- Vehicle AC will not operate effectively in hilly areas and steep mountain routes.
- Optional tours and sightseeing activities are not included in the package cost and can be arranged at an additional cost.
- During sightseeing tours, vehicles will operate only up to the permitted parking or access points. Any additional transportation, pony rides, walking assistance, or personal arrangements beyond that point shall be managed and paid for by the guest directly.
- An extra bed means an additional mattress or rollaway bed, subject to hotel policy and room size.
- Porter charges, driver tips, guide tips, and personal gratuities are not included in the package price.
- The company reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the itinerary due to operational reasons, weather conditions, safety concerns, or government restrictions.
- Cancellation charges will apply as per hotel, airline, and transport provider policies.
- In case the company is unable to provide the confirmed booking due to unavoidable circumstances, a suitable alternative or refund for the unavailable service will be processed.
- Mandatory Gala Dinner charges during festive periods such as Christmas Eve (24th December) and New Year’s Eve (31st December), if applicable, must be paid directly by the guest to the hotel.
- All guests above 18 years of age must carry a valid government-issued photo ID during the tour. Accepted IDs include Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, or Aadhaar Card for Indian Nationals.
- PAN Card will not be accepted as a valid identity proof for hotel check-in or travel purposes.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they carry valid travel documents, permits, and identification required for Nepal travel.
- The company shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage to luggage, personal belongings, or valuables during the trip.
- Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, baggage loss, and trip cancellation is strongly recommended for all travelers.
